Privacy Policy

Information and purposes

We process Apple sign-in identifiers, names and emails you authorize, and purchase and usage records for accounts, subscriptions, credits and troubleshooting.

After sign-in, selected photos upload automatically to private temporary storage. AI processing starts when you tap Start. Photos and results are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours; long-term records remain on-device. KeepShot does not scan your photo library. We do not sell personal information or use photos for public display or advertising.

Third-party processing

Apple provides sign-in and payments. Tencent Cloud temporarily stores photos in Singapore. OpenRouter and OpenAI process submitted content. Processing may occur outside your region; we require recipients to use the data only to provide the requested service.

Management and deletion

Delete your account in the app and manage local records and external copies separately. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions and refunds through Apple. Contact us for access, correction or deletion of identifiable support information. Support emails are used to resolve issues.

Terms

Submit only content you may lawfully use and respect privacy and intellectual property. Results are for reference, not professional advice or a guarantee of accuracy. You decide how to keep, delete or use content; maintain backups.

Prices, benefits and billing periods are shown before purchase. Apple handles payments, renewals, cancellation and refunds. Restore Purchases recovers current access, not deleted data. Deleting the app or account does not cancel subscriptions.

These terms do not limit statutory rights. Material data-processing or terms changes will be stated here, with consent requested when needed.
